After reviewing the 3 steps, I found myself thinking "this is so clear as to what to go to get results in your business." Typically in the past, when starting without structure, I'd be lost and waste lots of time. This gets you into taking action. If you're tired of not knowing what to do to get your team producing, this will get you to start getting creative and into timely action.
