I know I do… I just got back from a vacation to a Croatian coast and I wanted to look my best in the bathing suit. If you’ve been following my weight loss journey, you’d now we just had a weight loss challenge Get Summer Ready as a team.

3 Fat Burning Foods

Wouldn’t it be super cool to add a few fat burning foods into your diet now that can help you burn fat?

Try to add as many as you can to help you keep the unwanted pounds off and stay in the best shape.

Here are the 3 foods:

  1. Green Tea– it helps your body’s fat burning ability and it as also a great antioxidant- think reverses aging processes in the body. Having a cup daily will help you stay healthy.
  2. Grapefruit– besides helping with fat burn, it also takes longer to digest and keeps you full. Great as breakfast or before a meal.
  3. Hot Peppers– did you know that eating spicy also helps with fat burn? There is an enzyme called Capsaicin that hot peppers have and it burns fat.

Wouldn’t it be super easy…

Like I mentioned, I was following a diet plan before my trip and have lost 10 pounds all together. I like it because it is not restrictive at all. You eat pretty much everything in different combinations on certain days.

Of course, I was enjoying local wines and delicases on my vacation and some of it came back, but… I am back at it starting today again.

Are you in your forties or above?

The reason I ask is sometimes or most times traditional diets don’t work and the reason for that is our hormones. Every 7 years us women go through changes depending on our reproductive cycle.

For myself, as an example, I was never successful on keto or even intermittent fasting. The key for us losing weight is we have to keep our metabolism high. How we do this is by eating regularly every 3 hours.
