Meet my mentor Ferny…

He started in network marketing back in 2005. After graduating electrical engineering and computer science from MIT, he started his career as an aerospace engineer.

And after 2 days of being in aerospace he realized that he didn’t want to do this for the rest of his life. He hated driving in traffic and the idea of someone else having a say what he does…

Not knowing what he was looking for, he started seeking something different. Then a friend of his tricked him into a network marketing meeting. He thought it will be a bunch of engineers getting together and, and like ideate on some sort of Silicon Valley startup, the next SpaceX,  Tesla or whatever. But it turned out to be a meeting for network marketing and he hated it.

“Is this one of those pyramid schemes?” he asked because he was so upset to what this turned out to be…

Prospect like crazy

As you heard, he ended up joining the network marketing in the end because of the possible way out from his job.

So for nine months he did it the old school way: home parties, home meetings, one-on-ones prospecting, friends and family prospecting. the waiter, the bartender, you know, you name it, whether he was drunk or sober, he was prospecting. The problem is, most of the people he prospected were from his warm market.

And ultimately they all ended up quitting and then he had zero luck prospecting in the cold market. He got stuck because the people that he recruited weren’t willing to do the things he was willing to do.

Some of the things I was doing, honestly, were like a bit deceptive and inauthentic, but I did them anyway because that was coachable.

Everything changed when…

In 2006,  he saw an ad, clicked on it and that led him to basically who were the pioneers of attraction marketing. Attraction marketing was a new concept. Back then it was only about a year old and these were the guys that had pioneered .

He ended up going through some courses that were run his my mentors, Mike Dillard and Tim Erway and they’re the ones that introduced him to a different way of doing network marketing, applying digital marketing strategies for building a network marketing business. It immediately made total sense..

If you want to do it this way online, digitally, these are the skills you got to learn. He was off and running and within two years built the six figure business, a couple of years later had built the multiple six figure business and one of the largest residual income checks in the company.

The systems that he was taught ultimately ended up, recruiting seven figure earners onto his team. And, and that created a lot of leverage.

And, the long story short is that, almost by accident, he ended up hosting an event in Las Vegas for a thousand people. This was the first event of its kind that big, that was publicly teaching attraction marketing, online marketing strategies to network marketers for the first time had about a dozen speakers train at that event.

Initially was supposed to be like a small workshop and ended up being this large conference for a thousand network marketers who are hungry for what we were going to teach.

They had some of the biggest trainers and speakers in network marketing, both people from the online world and offline world, speak and train at that event. And in 2014, one of my, one of his mentors, Mike Dillard was retiring, leaving network marketing and going to do something else, so Tim Erway, my other mentor , asked to join forces and merge their businesses and essentially take the place of Mike Dillard, so fill his shoes…

10 Top Strategies To Attract Prospects, Customers and Team Members to You

Just recently came back from a LIVE training where Ferny and his team was teaching this. I wish you were there with me because I cannot justify how incredible it was to be there and meet everyone.

In the following blog episodes I will be sharing what I learned with you in more dept. Stay tuned. You will love this!

First, you have to have a target market or your niche in mind.  So the whole myth of everyone is your prospect goes out the window when you’re doing marketing.

We are doing Direct Response Marketing which brings people to you. That’s a different type of marketing that Coca Cola can do. And it costs them millions of dollars to do it. We’re not doing brand advertising.

It’s highly recommended that your target market be in alignment with something, one of your company’s hero products, one of the most powerful or demonstratable products in your company.

1. Social engagement

The first strategy is attracting your ideal perfect prospects is something called social engagement. It’s just being a human being, networking and engaging on social media in your target market.

That’s the Gary V. method. Gary V. was all about hustling, responding to messages and building relationships. He spent tons of hours on social media. Building his brand manually one on one.

And that’s what everybody should learn how to do, because ultimately all the strategies that are leveraged that are going to attract people to you. Eventually you will be required to talk to somebody one on one. That’s the only way network marketing works.

So social engagement is the most fundamental, active form of building a network marketing business.

And then beyond that, you have something called content marketing. What that means is basically you’re creating content that gets shown to people you don’t know, and then those people you don’t know are attracted to you. They like, they see a reason to want to follow you, learn more from you or even reach out to you.

2. Tik-Tok

The newest form of content marketing is micro video content. And this was innovated by Tik-Tok. It has changed the game in network marketing, where they’ve created this platform where people with zero followers can have their content shown to thousands even millions of people very fast.

Depending on how audience likes your video, the platform chooses to show it to more and more people and your stuff can go viral.

You are not depending on people to share the content. Sharing helps, but you’re not depending on that content being shared by others for it to go viral. And that’s what TikTok innovated.

One of our students, Mike and Carla have, created over 120, 000 followers in 30 days after I had told them about TikTok. And now their team is blowing up using Tik-Tok ok strategy and are getting hundreds of customers signing up every month.

If the video is well done, if you followed proper training on how to do those videos, then Tik-Tok will continue showing your videos to people you don’t know and potentially be exposed to thousands or even millions of people.

3. Instagram reels

Tik-Tok opened the gates to Reels on Facebook and Instagram. So let’s say you don’t want to do Tik-Tok ’cause it’s the evil Chinese app… fine. You have the same opportunity with Reels on Facebook and Instagram.

With Reels on Facebook and Instagram and you have the same opportunity to go viral because that was Facebook’s response to Tik-Tok.

4.Facebook Reels

And so now for the first time in network marketing, you can have a video reach thousands, hundreds of thousands and even million of people within weeks.

If your video is good, it will attract following of perfect prospects who quickly turn into customers and business builders.

5. Youtube shorts

You just heard in our interview how my son Jack went viral doing only YouTube Shorts. So if a 10 year old can do it, you can do it.

These newest forms of marketing are super effective. It’s as close to advertising as you can get. But instead of investing your money, you’re investing your time in creating content.

Even if the videos are kind of short, they do take time to edit, you gotta think about it, plan them out, record them and then edit them on your phone.

6. Organic YouTube videos

There are couple of other ways of doing content marketing. But at this point in order to be able to do this, you’re going to need to have a website called a funnel.

Because the things I’m going to share with you are things that are going to give you an opportunity to actually start building an email list.

A funnel, which is a simple website, your prospects voluntarily give their email address in exchange for information. Once you have it, you can house it everywhere on all your social media platforms. The best part of it is that is automated. Yes, you can get customers sign up and people book on your calendar on autopilot, while you sleep.

There are couple of ways to drive traffic to your funnel. It can simply be in your bio in a form of a Linktree or a Milkshake (simple free apps to house multiple links in your bio).

One way to driving traffic to your funnel is posting videos on YouTube. In Attraction Marketing we teach how to post videos and use keywords to get your videos ranked to the top of the searches.

It is not as fast as some of the other methods we covered but you can grow your channel to thousands over time and even be paid by YouTube as a content creator.

The problem with YouTube is there’s no messaging app. There’s no messenger. So you have to get people off of YouTube in order to start building a relationship with them. And this is why you have to have it set up in a way that, that where you’re going to be able to convert viewers either into customers or something else.

7. Facebook boosting posts

This strategy is having a comeback…

Did you know that you can turn your personal Facebook profile into a professional mode? And when you have a good piece of content that is speaking to your target market, you can boost it.

You add $1-$5 per day for a few days and your content gets seen by thousands more of your perfect prospects. I do this with my live videos all the time to boost my reach and always be in front of new audiences.

8. Blogging

Now who says you have to be on social media? Students with Attraction Marketing is absolutely crushing it using blogging.  This strategy is called search engine optimization.

You can get the content ranked on Google and other search engines for free. Literally ,when somebody does a search on Google, “how do I do this?”, your content can show up.

This is not an ad, Google is recommending your content the most valuable for that topic.

One of our students has one of the top rankings on that search. His name is Matt and he created a whole program inside of our mentorship program on how to do this strategy.

This strategy is going to take work. You’re building for the long term.

If you love writing, that’s a great strategy. If not much of a writer, that’s probably not going to work for you.

9. Facebook ads

This is no longer content marketing. The next 3 strategies are something called advertising. And advertising allows you, if you know how to do it, to basically attract prospects, leads and customers on autopilot, joining your email list.

I’ve learned this strategy from Attraction Marketing and use it every day whether I sleep or watch TV, my content gets put in front of my perfect prospects day in and day out.

Now you are building a relationship on autopilot through your funnel and converting people into customers through that funnel.

The best part is that for every $1 you spend, you can get $2, $3 or even $4 back. So how much would you spend if you had a magic slot machine where for every dollar you put in, you can get $2 to $4 back in return?

It’s a no brainer. As much as you can!

The way we teach advertising is you only raise your budget once you are profitable and you have the whole team of experts helping you with that.

Warning! This is one of the strategies I DO NOT recommend trying on your own before you get a proper training. It can result in you losing money and even have your social media accounts shut down.

Many of our students scale their business to six figures within a year using advertising 100 percent within their control because they bring in the prospects, they can control how fast those prospects come in. They’re offsetting their cost, through a strategy we teach that the advertising pays for itself.

So they’re growing a following rapidly of perfect prospects, and then they’re able to convert those people into team members.

The reason I love advertising is ’cause you don’t have to do much on social media if you don’t want to like. You can be lazy and take days off and still be present.

Every summer I go to Croatia for a month and that is when I 100% rely on advertising while I enjoy time with my family.

10. YouTube advertising

Eventually, you can go to YouTube advertising. YouTube advertising is not as big as Facebook, but it produces higher quality leads, higher quality prospects because they watch a video. So because they’re watching a video, they’re just going to automatically be more qualified.

They’re also you’re catching them while they’re searching for information about something relevant. That makes them a very hot prospect.  Most people on YouTube are searching, for information on how to do something.

11. A BONUS strategy- Google advertising

I’ll give you a bonus strategy, which is Google advertising and Google advertising is just an extension of YouTube advertising because Google owns both YouTube and the search engine.

Anytime someone searches: “how to lose weight or how do I help cure a disease… whatever”, your ad pops up. You can even use a non-compliant word as a keyword to be found.

So here are not 10 but 11 strategies on how to attract your perfect prospects, customers and team members. Are you overwhelmed yet?
