I hear this: “I’ve been doing videos every day for x amount of time and I have no customers or sign ups yet”. First of doing videos and posting doesn’t necessarily mean you are doing Attraction Marketing the right way. For example are the videos more about selling your products or providing value?

Everything you do is ENERGY

If you’ve been building your business traditional Old Network Marketing Way, even if it is on social media. I mean connecting with people only to later ask them to look at your products or opportunity. It is the ENERGY that the other side can feel.

If this was you, I’m sure you can sense if someone is connecting with you but has agenda on their mind. You can recognize it in questions that they ask that are leading you to where they want you to go. I’m sure you can feel that and you’re thinking: “oh this is why she connected with me to sell me this”.

Like I have this girl that’s been sending me messages that I would be stupid not to join her ground floor opportunity, and it is 7 or 8 messages in a row where I haven’t responded to any. Talk about pushy… I will respond because she needs to learn Attraction Marketing or will not get very far with this approach.

Following up the wrong way

Were you taught that fortune is in a follow up? And that you are supposed to follow up more than once, in fact most of the sales are made after the 7th touch or more. But what about when they are not responding to your messages, are you supposed to just keep going anyway…. I must admit, I used to do this. A total waste of time btw.

I have no problem with the theory of follow up, that statistic is true, but with how we do it. It is intrusive sending direct messages every time. Some people are just not interested and they don’t know how to tell you. The other thing is it is SOOO TIME CONSUMING.

Once I learned how to build a list and follow up with the whole list at once with just one click of a button was a miracle to me. That kind of follow up I can do. Providing to always lead with value.

Attraction Marketer Mindset

How is Attraction Marketer’s mindset different? Here is how they think. Number one question your prospect has when they first meet you is: “Who are you and what do you want?” Some of them will even bluntly ask you:”What do you sell, what are you trying to sell me?” Has this ever happened to you, it definitely did to me….

  1. Service first, sales later

  2. Friends First, business partner later

These are the 2 rules on how they operate. They get into new conversations not looking to sell but to serve and are genuinely connecting with people and are building relationships.

Making friends is their goal, looking for ways to help them whether they directly benefit from them or not.

The biggest thing when it comes to any business is that people need to know, like and trust you.

All 3 are equally important. When you first reach out to someone new, you don’t have either. They don’t know who you are, don’t know if they like you yet and definitely don’t trust you.

1. Number ONE way…

to build trust is to never pitch them. Not on the first conversation, not on the second. Connect to simply meet them and make a friend. Always look for ways you can help them.

2. The FASTEST way to build all 3 is by doing videos.

Seeing you on a video makes them feel like they know you, you build trust was sooner and they see if they like you, if your message resonates with them.

It happened so many times that when I met my mentors, trainers and uplines in person, it felt like I already knew them because I saw them on a video.

3. You want to pull them and not push them away.

We already know that pitching is going to push them away. As attraction marketer we don’t pitch even though people who we are connecting with now days expect it. That’s what makes you stand out, because you don’t.

The way you operate is by providing value through your content, giving love to them by engaging in their posts, not forgetting their birthdays…

They will pay attention to you through your posts and when one resonates with them will raise their hand and want more info. You become hunted, a valuable resource to the. and not a hunter.
