I’m not going to tell you to forget your existing team and go and recruit a new team. That will get your old team motivated… Most network marketing trainers will tell you that’s THE ONLY THING TO DO, and I’m going to share the 3 steps on how to revive your existing team.

In 6 years of being in my business I’ve been through it all. I’ve head people quit, leave to go to a new company, come back and even the entire downline leg all quit at once. And yea, I did a recruiting spree and ignored my team while doing it to bring new team members in too. But you don’t want to keep doing this forever and constantly replacing people on your team. You have to keep your team solid.

I always kept the doors open for them to come back and they often do.

Also a lot of time a life will happen and someone will put their business on the back burner, you never know what’s going on in their life. It’s the same thing with your prospects when the timing for them is not right to join.

Step one- do the uncomfortable

What you need to do first is to reach out to al of them personally. I know it may be uncomfortable, some of them will reject you or not respond but then there will be some who were just waiting for you to call them.

Every time something new is happening, is a reason for you to to reach out. It may be a new product launching, new system, a bonus introduced, incentive trip or event.

You should be keeping in touch with your team anyway even when there isn’t anything special going on, just to see how they are doing and what’s going on in their life.

Step two- your onboarding system

This is something you want to analyze… Is your onboarding system a proven way to get your newest team member launched or your existing one re-launched.

If it is a good path for them to walk, fun or fly on. It has to have steps for them to follow in the first week, first month, how to get to the first rank, what to do after they reach it.

That doesn’t necessarily mean what your company or your upline provides. You are a leader even if you have one team member in your team, and you have to be clear on how to help them reach their goals when they first get started.

It should be a great resource for your new team to re-launch them and to help them with their new recruits get their first win.

I have an AMAZING onboarding system for my team.

Now I’m building the Attraction Marketing way , i created a new system my team can duplicate. I used to always build online, but that included approaching strangers and prospecting them. Now I don’t do any of that. I also cut the time I spend on building my business like 4 times. I fit everything in 1 hour per day.

Step 3- lead by example

Don’t be that leader that tells their team what to do, but is not doing it yourself. Show them how it’s done. You got to be in action too. If your team catches that vision of where you’re going, they are going to be motivated.

They will never be motivated if you’re stagnant and only pushing them into action. You got to lead from the front.
