There are 2 ways of growing your Network Marketing business and those are:

Prospecting and Marketing!

Prospecting

It’s probably the most hated way. You are up to being rejected over and over again, ghosted and hated on by approaching random people about your opportunity. You are ACTIVELY reaching out to people seeing if they are open to look.

Marketing

In this case I talk about Attraction Marketing, which is more specific and therefor better. You actually have prospects coming to you.

3 Secrets in Attraction Marketing

1. Not EVERYONE is your prospect!

You are marketing to a specific Target Market or Niche. So the step 1 is going to be to identify or pick this target market for you! They are probably very much like you. This group of people will be benefiting from the same solutions to their problems and have similar wants and needs.

When you post a piece of content, that’s going to get lots of raised hands because it resonates with them.

2. Table of different characteristics

Now that you identified your niche, you are going to create a table of characteristics for them. List of any problems, fears, wants and dreams that they have and a specific lingo that they use.

Take your time with this. More specific you are, the better it is. Create a table with 5 columns and under each, list their problems, fears, wants and dreams. The last one is for a lingo that’s common between them.

The person that knows their Target Market/Niche BEST WINS!

This table will serve you when you are creating your content, Reels, TikToks, live videos or written posts.

3. Connecting it all….

Now you are going to connect their problems, wants and wishes through your content and offering your products or service as a solution. Then we need to dive deeper into creating this content, different type of content that you can create to effectively market your products or services.

In no way this means that we will be sharing product and company names all over your social media. No, we will create a curiosity around it so they reach out to you.

Picking what you are “leading with”

Some uplines and trainers will tell you to pick if you want to be leading with your product or with business. I’m going to be straight up here, leading with business is not a way. I’ve made that mistake for a long time in my business because I just loved a business side and team building, helping people make money…

Going after people who “want to make money online” is not a good target market….

For example, my target market was moms, stay at home or career moms. I found that a very small percentage of them want to actually make extra money online. That really surprised me.

Some of them don’t mind having their kids in daycare or school all day long while they are working their career. And some of them are not willing to do what it takes and want a quick fix.

And when you eventually find someone who wants to make money, lots of times they are so DESPERATE, don’t have time to invest plus don’t understand that this takes time and effort. They are looking for shortcuts and will quit before they get going.

On the other hand, leading with a product

These people will become a raving fans of the product after they’ve experienced a great result. They are passionate about it and want to share it with all of their friends and everyone they meet naturally.

You will have a more sustainable business and won’t have drops in subscriptions because all of them love the products.

Unlike the people who are after “making money online” only they will be dropping their subscriptions all the time.

You have to be a product of your product in order to sell and recommend it.

If you are going to be building your business using Attraction Marketing way, you got to have a system!

When someone joins my team, I don’t tell them to go and build a list of a 100. I start teaching them Attraction Marketing straight away. If you or your company has a system that is clashing with that, it will be very difficult for you to build and duplicate it to your team too.

Because someone is going to tell you: “Oh, you need to prospect still!”

If you are going Attraction Marketing way 100%, you don’t need to be prospecting at all. In fact if you are prospecting or being told that you must, that is not real Attraction Marketing they are teaching you.

You got to make sure that the team that you’re on, company that you are with, the system that you are using is really supporting the way that you want to build.

And if you still want to build it traditionally, the old school way and use social media to make posts here and there, that’s fine. As long as you’re happy with the results and the way you’re building it.

But if you truly want to create that TIME FREEDOM where you don’t have to be glued to your phone, have AUTOMATION and don’t have to have tons of 1:1 conversations and only talk to people who are already qualified, then Attraction Marketing is the way.

And this month, I am actually focused on growing my team…

I am currently looking for 10 new new leaders. They are going to be 10 that I pick through my interview process that then I will be personally working with.

They will be taught Attraction Marketing ways and have that FAST LANE to follow and I will be helping them along the way. I cannot take more than 10, because it’s just so many I can give my personal time at once.

The 10 people that are joining me in February, I will intensively be working with them over the next 90 days. Then in May we are going to repeat this process and I will be helping them enroll their 10 new team members. And in September, we will have a multiplier month where we will all go on a big run together and finish 2023 strong!
