Shhh here’s the secret…

It is something that all Top Earners have but it is hard for them to duplicate it to their teams. The secret is: They are excellent COMMUNICATORS.

Being a great communicator didn’t come to them over night. In fact, it was a lot of trial and error, tons of conversations before they became this good.

An excellent communicator will have that charisma that wows everyone when they walk into the room.

They will build a rapport with a new person super fast. People will want to share their pain points with them so it’s easy to transition and talk about joining them in business.

Have you ever met an experienced Network Marketer that when you meet, you become best friends?

So imagine how hard is it to teach your brand new team member to have “charisma”? It’s impossible.

These Top Earners perfected their process so much that when they meet someone they make immediate connection. They will remember everyone’s birthdays and all the kids names.

When they meet a waiter at the restaurant, not only they make a connection, but end up knowing everyone in the restaurant. They have energy that everyone wants to be around. The relationships they build are long lasting.

What about their team?

You may wonder why their teams aren’t successfully duplicating this…

Well all they can do is to give a bunch of SCRIPTS that work for them. The problem with this is that it is based on how they talk and sound. Anyone else copying it will not sound genuine at all. In the end, you can’t teach charisma.

This is why they fail.

“Simple proven system”

If all this system has is “scripts” on how to invite, what to say, how to follow up and which 3 questions to ask when closing, RUN! It is not enough.

So many marketers are now banging their heads, thinking something is wrong with them and their mindset when scripts are not working for them.

They need to figure out their own way.

“Shoutout posts”

A marketer recently reached out to me and told me how their team is told to ask people they connect with to do a “shoutout post”. At first I didn’t have any idea what those were….

It’s a well known company, thats been around for many years that teaches this to their team. Basically, they are sending scripted messages asking people to make posts on their walls for them. In return if any of their friends buy, they can win a free product.

I can see how this may go well with their best friend, mom or sister, but once they start reaching the cold market, it gets to a dead end.

Nobody responds to these messages.

They are supposed to send 10-20 of these messages every day!

I’ve been asked to do these type of posts too before. The answer was always NO because I will only promote the company I’m in on my wall. I don’t want to be confusing my audience.

Usually, these messages end up being sent to people they just met and hardly know. How could they build relationships too when they need to send 10-20 of these messages every day.

Marketers are then wondering how their uplines are having success with this method.

It’s because they have a larger audience they’ve been building for years and they have INFLUENCE with that audience.

A marketer that’s just starting, doesn’t have that. Even their friends are SKEPTICAL!

Different companies are teaching different things to their team, but in all is very much the same…

It is either Shoutouts like this, other copy/paste scripts or some teach a “FORM” method of building relationships first before you make a pitch. “The pitch” that is coming either right away or later is what is the same.

In the past I was also looking for that “perfect script” before I discovered that none of them worked and found a better way of building my business.

My team doesn’t waste time on sending scripted messages, but I know that many teams and companies still do…

  • We don’t ask our newest team member to make a list of 100 to go prospect. Instead, my team and I use Attraction Marketing from Day 1.
  • We are posting and seeing who is raining their hand that are interested in what we shared. Then we will reach out.
  • We don’t want to be bothering friends and family with our products and opportunity.

The famous F.O.R.M. Method

Some uplines and coaches will tell you to use FORM method and to build relationships online first. Here’s what this stands for: F-family, O-occupation, R- recreation and M- money or motivation.

Now based on this you are asking random questions to learn all this about your new contact.

The problem on social media is this doesn’t come across genuine. I wouldn’t want to be answering random questions to strangers.

Or you may end up in the “friend zone”.

You may become so good at building relationships that the transition to business will be super awkward. The prospects may think you’ve been warming them up this whole time to pitch them in the end.

If you don’t posses charisma…

And if you are not a great communicator then you may be wondering if you can still create success with Network Marketing?

The answer is absolutely YES!

You make yourself VALUABLE. You don’t have to be perfect, but because of the value you are providing, people want to follow you and are interested in what else you offer too.

When you are Building Using Attraction Marketing, you are a valuable source of information and people want to join or buy from you whatever you are recommending. They will do so because it’s YOU and not the company you are with.

Now you don’t have to have that charisma, perfect lines, eye contact, that smile that the Top Earners had perfected.

You know now that people like that are RARE. But you also now know that an average Network Marketer without those talents and skills can still make it and be successful.

Attraction Marketer can make themselves valuable and even an expert in a specific field. This is something everyone can learn and do and teach their team to duplicate.
