Attract a never ending flow of leads

How would you like to have a flood of qualified prospects waiting in your inbox every day? I’m going to show you how to do this using Facebook sponsored posts or ads.

Imagine this…

You make a new video or create a post and then throw a few bucks to bring it to a larger audience. Then people start commenting: “more info” or “I’m interested”.

After you get them on a video chat where they convert to customers or business builders at 50% or more rate.

These are the results I’m having in my business right now and it’s very exciting.

How I stumbled across this method was I was doing CONVERSION ads where people would click a link and it would take them to sign up for my free bootcamp.

But not everyone was clicking. A lot of people started commenting: “more info” or “interested”. I didn’t get it at first because there was a link right there for them…

What I found is that some people actually want to have a real conversation with you. I was now happily open to this. Because all the gurus who run ads don’t have time to have personal one on one conversations with their followers.

From there, I was able to take more 1:1 personalized look into their business and help them better with my suggestions.

Those conversations were about joining my team if they are not happy where they are at or don’t have the support they need and are looking for a new company; or they were happy where they are at but needed extra help with attracting prospects and growing their team.

Now I only get on calls like this with highly qualified prospects who are already interested in what I have.

Last month In enrolled 15 new customers and 2 high level upgrades using this strategy.

There are 3 steps

Step 1

Promote a post or a video (throw a few bucks to it) and have a call to action for people to ask for more information.

Step 2

Connect with people who like and comment. Send a personalized message via messenger and then send a friend request after they respond. Ask them if they would be open to a video chat with you and book them on your calendar if they are.

Most people you ask will say: “yes”.

You are then building a relationship and will be able to offer a personalized solution to them and not just be generic. Because you already know what their problems are and what they want to achieve.

Step 3

Identify problems and offer solutions. If you have something like what you are learning today that you can offer whether they join your team or not, you can get paid even if they don’t join you.

Share a passive recruiting strategy like the one I’m sharing today or if they are not happy where they are at in their company, talk to them about the benefits of joining you and your team.

How to make PASSIVE RECRUITING work for you

Don’t post your product name, company name or logo on your profile. You want to keep that blind so they will ask you when they are curious. If you have it displayed everywhere, then they don’t need you.

Post more valuable and engaging content vs. salesy and pitchy content.

Be inspirational and post about results you are having and your team is having.

This will naturally start attracting more people to you.
