Social Media Recruiting

Would you like to write more EFFECTIVE Facebook posts? The kind that demand attention and encourage your audience to take action immediately. And to warm COLD prospects and turn them into HOT Ready To Buy Customers.

I am going to reveal 5 psychological elements your post must contain in order to passively attract prospects and customers to you.

Watch this video to find out…

In the video I mentioned my FREE Attraction Marketing Bootcamp to help you passively attract prospects to you. You can sign up here:

Don’t do this!

First of all… Do not talk about your products and company on your social media at all, period. Instead focus on the results you, your customers and team members have.

Because, if you do talk about your products or company, your prospects will go to the “University of Google” and not reach out to you. On there they will find all sorts of articles, mostly negative stuff about your company.

Or if they find it interesting to try, they will likely just do it there and not through you.

If and when they do these Google searches, you will never know that they did.

Keep your products and your company a mystery to intrigue your prospects to reach out to you.

5 psychological elements in your posts

These are the 5 elements that are a MUST in your posts to make them effective.

1. Get Attention

How do we get attention to our posts so they stop the scroll and your prospects wants to read more? It is done by what we call: “Flagging the audience” so they know you are speaking to them.

The example is saying: “Hey moms!” or “Attention Network Marketers!”

This is a simple way of flagging BUT it cannot be used in advertising as Facebook doesn’t allow it.

But there are 2 better ways to do it now.

a) Challenge a common belief

You can say: “Turns out… that breakfast is NOT the most important meal of the day”

This will create curiosity in many people who have been told that it absolutely is. They will naturally want to read more because this triggered their curiosity.

Now you see how this statement is a bit controversial, goes against the grain.

Don’t go for the jugular here, nothing too crazy that creates too much controversy that can upset a lot of people. Especially don’t ad religion or politics to that mix.

b) Sharing a big result

Once you have a big personal result to share, this is a very powerful way to start your post as an “attention grabber”. But if you don’t have the result yet, the first one works just as well.

Here’s an example:

“I lost 5 pounds WITHOUT going to the gym, hiring a trainer or doing anything special with my diet…”

2. Demonstrate credibility

Share your story or a story of others who you have helped. Every time you are sharing a testimonial you have to state that the results are not typical and you cannot guarantee anything.

3. Deliver a unique experience or share a story

Share something that is unique about you, from your angle. Everyone’s story is different and it can relate to others in a different way.

4. Share benefits

Again in the weight loss example that can be:

“How to lose weight… WITHOUT going to the gym, WITHOUT dieting, WITHOUT injections.”

The formula here is to share a benefit WITHOUT pain.

5. Have a CTA and create Urgency

Your post needs to have a Call to Action (CTA) and encourage your reader to take action. And urgency makes them take the action NOW and not 3 months from now.

CTA is asking them to comment “more info” or to private message you for more information. Sometimes, to trick the Facebook police you can make that more soft like: “let me know if you’d like to know how, happy to share privately…” or something like that.

Urgency is offering something for a limited time or there are so many left so you are encouraging your prospect to take prompt action.

So let’s recap…

  1. Attention
  2. Credibility
  3. Unique promise or story
  4. Benefits
  5. CTA with urgency

Again, avoid talking about your products or your company and don’t share any links.
