3 Success Habits for busy moms
There are 3 success habits that every study shows that most achieved people have in common and every mom can implement. They once studied world’s most successful people to see what things they have in common, or success habits and these are the 3 they find all of them have in common:
1. Exercise- they all exercise daily and usually in the morning. That helps to energize their body, keeps them focused and motivated for the day.
2. Meditate- all of them meditate or pray, have a quiet time when they are focused on their vision and goals they are working on.
3. Read- they are all reading books and spend at least one hour per day reading and working on self-development.

I decided to implement those success habits in my daily schedule. You do not have to wait till you are successful to start. Start right now, today. Decide!

My day is occupied from the moment I start working, homeschooling, watching my 2-year-old, taking care of the house, laundry, cooking… you get the picture.
This is how I fit those 3 things into my routine every day:
I wake up before I must, which for me is at 6am. I then do 20 minutes of exercise, 20 minutes of meditation where I visualize my goals and 20 minutes of reading.
I still have one hour from 7-8 when I work on my business and do the hard thing first. Do you have one thing that you are committed to do every day that is going to get you closer to your goal?
Yes, that thing! Do it every day and get it out of the way first!
