Hi, I am Ana and during my years in network marketing I created some early success, then failed to where my business was going backwards and my leaders were leaving me.
I was STUCK and pretty mad too that I was working hard, doing things I was supposed to do, but had no results to show for it.
Just when I almost quit, I came across a new way. Within months my business started growing again and I began to attract new leaders. AND, all I want to do now is share what I learned and help other network marketers.
So here's my story...
I began in network marketing in October of 2016. At that time I was DESPERATE to earn extra money, but I also didn't want to be even MORE AWAY from my son Jack. I was commuting every day, working in a medical office and he spent entire days at the daycare, from the time they opened till they closed.
Besides my full time job, I also worked at the spa as a massage therapist/esthetician every Sunday .
Within first 6 months, I was earning on average $1000 per month and was able to quit my part time weekend job.
2 years in I grew my business to the next level where I was making more around $2500-$3000. I remember reaching that rank after having my daughter Grace and was on maternity leave.
But here comes the twist...
My business STOPPED growing. My leaders stopped working, some went in the witness protection program and some left and joined a new team.
The man reason why the left was HOW we were building the business. I was told I have to prospect, that I had to ask at least 20 new people to look at my business. I was doing that for 2 years straight and the math actually SHOCKED me.
I realized that what I was doing was insane. I was spending all this time messaging strangers and no one was joining my team. I'm sure none of the people on my team wanted to do what I was doing.
The worst of all was I was failing as a mom. Instead of spending quality time with my kids on the weekend, instead I was chasing dead beat prospects.
I came across these posts from other network marketers who found this new way of building online and their business were thriving.
They went from where I was to growing a large team of business builders that were excited about growing their business. They did all that with ZERO prospecting!!!
They were working smarter, where I was working harder.
I decided to give this a try myself.... AND within months I was now enrolling new business builders and my business took a major jump.
My social media engagement skyrocketed and so did my volume. I was back at the leaderboards and got invited to speak at team calls.
