Here’s what you need to have:

An ENROLLMENT SYSTEM for your team

And that system is not teaching your new team member to go and create a list of a 100. It is also not for you to do endless calls, zooms or presentations for your team. Not to mention all outdated methods like home parties or hotel meetings.

This enrollment system shows a newest person what to do and how to enroll customers and team members following a proven step by step system.

Using this system, your business is for the most part AUTOMATED and you don’t have to spend endless hours working your business. In fact, your team will grow even when you’re sleeping or binging Netflix.

You don’t have to PROSPECT, instead you get only qualified people come to you and book on your calendar. It’s without you having to have thousands of 1 on 1 conversations which I used to have before.

It has to be SIMPLE and something anyone can do…

First they will see a post. If they are curious to know more, there will be an option for them to exchange their info (email and sometimes phone number) for the information.

The next step will take them to watch the video. If they like what they see, the next and last step is to book a conversation with you.

The whole process is designed to sift and sort through prospects for you. It will reject ones that are not qualified or you don’t want to be working with and only get most qualified prospects on your calendar.

Prospects that you get on the call with are already qualified so the enrollment conversation will flow naturally.

You won’t have to overcome objections or trying to convince anyone to join you. They already want to and just maybe have a question or two before they do.

The next step is ONBOARDING

You have to have a proven onboarding system for your newly enrolled team members. It has to be simple, everyone on your team knows it and everyone uses it too.

There is a step by step process for your newest team member that tells them what to do in bite size pieces. The focus is on getting them RESULTS!!
