Here’s my story
FOR YEARS I was persistent and consistent trying to grow my business with what I was taught, COLD MARKET PROSPECTING. Even though I was spending HOURS in a messenger every day, my “funnel” was never full. I had lists on top of lists on top of lists I’d follow up with till they don’t want to hear from me anymore.
In my best times, I grew my business to where I was residually making 3K per month but that soon dropped to $400 per month…. My team had left me and I was all alone again, starting over. Then I came across ATTRACTION MARKETING, a concept that was very different than what I was doing. Now I am building a new team of super excited individuals who are motivated and want to build this way too. I get 3-5 highly qualified leads in my inbox daily and my income went back up and is growing again.
PAINS of network marketing the “Old school way”
Your upline and gurus will tell you ATTRACTION MARKETING is too complicated and it is for people who already have influence. But that cannot be further from the truth. In fact Attraction Marketing process is very simple comparing to “old school”.
The “Old school way”
Let’s breakdown the steps in the process from a cold market prospect to a team member.
- Approach- you got to find them and approach them
- Build rapport- get to know them a bit
- Compliment them- to “warm them up”
- Ask them if they are interested
- Invite them to a presentation- could be a video , a webinar, home meeting, presentation….
- Schedule them
- Confirm them!- we know only like 1% actually show up
- Deliver EXCELLENT” presentation
- Book a 3 way call
- Overcome objections
- Close them
- Follow up with them forever if you didn’t close them- you know because “It’s not a NO forever…”
AND you have to really master all of these skills too. We are told it is easy, it is simple- “all you do is get people in front of the information”. In reality it is really a lot.
Steps in Attraction Marketing
There are only 3 steps:
- Attract targeted audience
- Grow your influence with that audience
- Offer to help them
It’s SIMPLE, NATURAL AND NOT BOTHERING, ANNOYING INTERUPTION MARKETING
