Have you ever seen a well respected, already popular, successful person join a network marketing team and create success practically overnight?
They have hundreds of people on their team and all they did was made a few phone calls, sent a couple of messages and that’s it. All of these people joined them.
This is a phenomenon in network marketing I like to call an “Unfair Advantage” and this is crucial for Attraction Marketing. And… BRAND BUILDING is that “Unfair Advantage”.
These overnight success stories may be new to network marketing but I can promise you this: these people were already successful and well respected in their personal life.
They are a successful professional or an outstanding citizen in their community. And already have a positive reputation, following and are well respected by their peers.

And that is a basis of branding. Branding is following, reputation and results. Depending on your background you may not have that type of reputation or a huge network of connections when you first get started.

Growing your team “rapidly”
Most network marketers when they hear the words “grow your team rapidly, think of “Now or Give Me!” But, you cannot have something for nothing. It’s all about the mindset.
Respect this skillset that you are going to learn. If it took you 6 months to a year to learn it all, would that be ok? It’s still a whole lot faster than using old tactics like hosting parties, prospecting strangers on social media and doing old this outdated stuff.
3 phases of bran building
Phase 1- Training wheels
In this phase you’re going to be learning both skills of network marketing, which is pretty much leadership. And Attraction Marketing and that is how to attract highly qualified prospects to come to you.
Phase 2- Brand building
Here you’re going to spend about 80% of your time building your brand and 20% of your time recruiting and promoting your business.
Phase 3- Landing wheels
Now you’re going to be attracting leaders and influencers and they are going to be the ones reaching out to you wanting to know what you’re doing.
And they will want to join you when it’s time to change companies.
My network marketing journey
For the first 4 years I was wasting so much time prospecting strangers on social media. I was constantly in my messenger doing actions that I did not want to do, didn’t love but I thought were necessary.
So many times I was ignoring my family like I would say that I can’t go to the beach because all of these people I needed to follow up with. It was quite exhausting, I was at a point of burning out and I almost quit.
But then I saw network marketers who were building their business very differently and they were saying how they did it WITHOUT PROSPECTING.
This was something I needed to learn how to do.
At one point, I threw my list away and I became determined to learn what it’s called Attraction Marketing.
So now I average about 15-20 sign ups every single month. I grew my income 10 times from where I used to be and I love actions that I’m taking now.
Without prospecting, connecting and building real relationships, talking to only interested prospects who want what I have and want to work with me.
