3 Reasons why you are losing team members
There are 3 reasons to why your team members are dropping and not duplicating. I’m outlining them right here.
1. SACRIFICING everything for your business
Here’s a reason number one. Lot’s of seasoned Network Marketers will tell you and that’s how they built their businesses was to sacrifice certain things in life. So many of them stopped watching TV for years, missed kids birthdays, weddings, funerals, games or graduations.
I admire all that and I do agree that TV is a waste of time, but I don’t agree that your business should be put before your family.
We may think this is just for a short time but what if it takes years for your business to take off? You only have one chance to be present with your family as they grow up so quickly…
The good news is, you can have both. You can build a business that fits around your life instead of fitting life around your business.
With all the online tools at our fingertips, you can now effectively run a business in as little as 1 hour per day.
They also don’t want to be taking actions they hate..
Like going for no, sending copy/paste scripts to people they hardly know. And because of this many team members stop building their business and enroll a customer here and there, if anything.
2. Creating a list of a 100
Most onboarding systems tell their new people to make a list of a 100 people that they know and to go prospect them using certain scripts.
This is so outdated and most people are not willing to do this. They may reach out to 3 people, get rejected from all 3 and never speak to anyone again.
Wouldn’t it be better to have a system for the new team members that they’ll enjoy doing and that gives them results?
So when the new person joins your team the system is there to help them get their first customer within the first 48 hours. It also helps them to rank advance fast within their first week and reach the core rank in the first month.
The MINDSET is very important. In Attraction Marketing we lead with serving people vs being selfish and just thinking with money signs, treating people like numbers…
It is all about providing value and then those who are interested will raise their hand for more info.
3. Not everyone is your prospect
You’ve probably been told that you should talk to EVERYONE about your business, that everyone is a prospect. In Attraction Marketing we don’t teach that.
Instead, we teach you how to pick and serve only one specific target market. Every other business in the world is ran like that, everyone has their target market, so Network Marketers should too.
People in your target market are likely similar to you. And they will have the same problems, dreams and aspirations… Therefore are looking to solve similar problems that you can help them with.
