Use Instagram Reels To Get Leads, Sales and Sign Ups

Does the Instagram Reel need to be VIRAL?

Let’s talk about this… Most people think you have to get your Instagram Reel to go viral, but that is not actually the case. Is your goal to get views and followers or is it to get leads, sales and sign ups?

The answer is no. Your Instagram Reel does not have to go viral. In fact I had sales from Reels that only got a few hundred views. What is more important is who is watching your reel. Are they your ideal prospect or your views are totally random?

I had Instagram Reels that had 10k views but the viewers were not my ideal prospects at all. It was like an algorithm glitch. It was shown to way more people who are not necessarily my target market.

I used to be addicted to check my views, likes comments on my videos and posts and while yes engagement is important, it is not everything. Results are what matters the most, wouldn’t you agree?

Here is a fun fact. I never had an Instagram Reel reach a million views, I didn’t even have 100k views, but I get 3-5 qualified leads that turn into sales every single day!

Instagram Reels around ONE TOPIC only

Your Instagram Reels need to be around ONE TOPIC only. When you talk one day about cooking, the next day about fitness, the third about weather… you will confuse your audience and they will unfollow you.

My Instagram Reels are for network marketers who want to build online, specifically use ATTRACTION MARKETING so they attract prospects to them, use automation so the don’t spend all day hustling on social media.

It is always the same topic, different variation of it and same CTA- Call To Action. I lead people to my free boot camp. This is why my Instagram Reels are very effective.

Look at some realtors on Instagram. All of their reels are about home sales process. As network marketers we need to do the same. Pick one topic your Instagram Reels will be around and stick to it.

3 Important tips for successful Instagram Reels

1. Audience

You have to be very clear who your ideal prospect is, who do you want to find your video and take action on it. The way you do this is through the topic of your Instagram Reel, Title, Caption and most importantly hashtags. Have specific hashtags sets saved and post them in every single Reel that you make. This way they will be found by your ideal prospects and you will grow the right audience that will eventually join you and buy from you.

My target audience are network marketers who want to build business online, who don’t want to waste time and who want to automate their business. They don’t want to waste time sending cold market prospecting messages all day…

So who is your target market? Who do you want your message to reach? Is it busy moms, faith, fitness, gut health, weight loss, keto, gardening, fishing, nature, travel…. Pick one thing you are most passionate about and build your business around it. Keep in mind what your product, service or business is too.

2. Stop the scroll

You want to make sure your video is catchy that it stops the scroll. Even though Instagram Reels are quite short, people are still scrolling and will stop at the one that sparks their interest and curiosity.

Intriguing headline will do that, always be original and authentic, have your own twist to a video, follow trends, be entertaining or bring out emotional response. These are all powerful ways to capture someone to watch your Instagram Reel.

In your Reel speak to the problem or challenge they have and offer them solution. Speak to the person you used to be.

3. Call to action

You got to tell them what to do. This is the part that gives me results I am getting. I have a call to action, the same one IN EVERY INSTAGRAM REEL. Believe me this works. Try it for 90 days straight and see what happens.

Other gurus will tell you to switch around your calls to action to make them more engaging, to save them, follow, like or comment… For me this works the best, where every reel is driving them to become my lead.
