Here goes my story…

When I started in Network Marketing in 2016, I was working full-time, commuting to work. My son was 2 years old and was spending all day at the daycare, from the time they open until they close. So many times he would be the last kid to be picked up from there.

I was also working a Spa shift every Sunday and picking up different gigs I could do from home. We needed the extra money, but as you can imagine, there was not a lot of time left that I could trade it for money. This is why I joined Network Marketing.

1st Goal- Get to $1000 per month

This was the first goal. Getting there I was able to quit all of my side jobs which was great! It took about 6-7 months to achieve that.

2nd Goal- Get to full time

In the meantime I got pregnant again. I ended up achieving that rank when I was on maternity leave with my daughter. It was a crazy run. Right after I gave birth straight away I was out there marketing my business from the hospital bed.

I also remember being on zoom calls and lifting my laptop up because I was nursing her at the same time. All I needed was to stabilize that and I would be able to quit my job.

But then life took a curve ball… my husband got sick. All of the sudden I became the only income generator in our house. It was to be for approximately 6 months until he’s able to go back to work.

Quitting my job then wasn’t a good option. We needed all of the income to get us by till then.

3rd goal- Build a BIG business

Now that my husband finally went to work, I was ready to grow my business further. Only now, I have 2 kids. My son is in school and my daughter stays with me at home. She’s turning 4 this month and has never seen an inside of a daycare.

Later on was easier with my son as I was able to pick him up early and stay home with him when the school was out.

I thought I was busy when I first started, but now with 2 kids, school drop off and pick up, my time is extremely limited. But if you are motivated, you’ll find a way, right?

Back when I was building, I used to spend lot’s of time on my business. Id stay up in the evenings sometimes until 2 in the morning and then I’d wake up early too. (Thankfully the main benefit of the product from our company is energy and good sleep so that made it easier).

Now I don’t have that kind of time, because my daughter stays up late so I can get stuff done in the mornings… but not only that, I don’t wast to be spending so much time on my business anymore.

Like last 2 years we’ve been spending summers in Croatia. And the last thing I want to do is working while I’m there instead of spending time with my parents, brother, nieces and nephew.

The crazy thing is that my business was still growing while I was there. I was signing up customers, getting leads even though I was beaching it out all day…

This is how I was able to do this….

I started doing Attraction Marketing. Here’s what Attraction Marketing is… You are either PROSPECTING which is very, very time consuming and SLOW (do you want to build your business slow?) and there is MARKETING. With marketing you can get in front of thousands of people at once where with prospecting you are doing it one on one.

In my crazy days, I’d prospect 1000 people in one month because I wanted to go fast. Out of 1000, I’d recruit 6. You may think, 6 new people in your team is great, but considering hours I was putting in, was not that great.
