“My downline is not doing anything…”

If you are a leader, you know how exhausting it is to get your team to do the work, that you always have to motivate, initiate any action in your team. You want them to stay, grow and not go into “witness protection program” where you wonder what happened to them and why they disappeared.
The tools I’m going to share will make your downline excited and motivated again. Motivation comes within, it is impossible to motivate people externally but we can inspire them to become self-motivated.
What if they hate it?
We all talk about certain activities we HAVE TO DO every day in order for our business to grow. It is usually prospecting and following up. But have you ever thought that maybe those are the activities they actually hate doing. Wouldn’t it be better if they have a system to follow that is easy and fun and doesn’t involve them chasing after family and friends or prospecting strangers…
Usually someone doesn’t wake up and gets excited about prospecting 20 strangers or follow up and bother the same people over and over again while being “ghosted”.
What about Going For NO? No one likes to be rejected, especially push themselves to get rejected. They probably hate it all.
I discovered a better way…
I’ve experienced these things myself where I would work hard to enroll people, but hardly anyone was motivated to do the work. They would do something for a little bit and then they would quit. I had to do this process over and over again and constantly enroll more and more people.
I used to do these runs where I would talk with 1000 of people in a short time only to get 6 to eventually join me. It was insanity…. Not many on my team would be willing to do this hard work so I was banging my head on what to do next to finally grow and my team to duplicate.
I found ATTRACTION MARKETING
The best thing about ATTRACTION MARKETING is that you don’t have to prospect at all. Also the way I follow up now is a lot different. I no longer have long lines of messages without responses and I have automated most of my follow up processes.
How would you like to have tools that makes building your business more enjoyable for you and for your team? Wouldn’t it be great if your team doesn’t have to do any more of the uncomfortable things like prospecting strangers or bothering their friends and family?
Following up was a big one for me that I did not enjoy at all. I didn’t have the right positive energy when I knew I was popping up in people’s inboxes to interrupt their day. It was all selfish and with the agenda and sometimes I’m ashamed of it.
It’s Network MARKETING
Attraction marketing and network marketing have one word in common and that is MARKETING. In network marketing we are spending too much time networking but not enough actually marketing. Once you learn marketing, business becomes EASY.
Instead of you always being the first to reach out and ask for someone to look at your business, this way you have people reaching out to you, raising their hand and wanting to learn more.
Not everyone is a prospect
Only in network marketing we say that “everyone is a prospect”, where in every other business they don’t. Every other business has a TARGET MARKET. They know exactly who their ideal customer is and they market to them.
We need to do the same in network marketing. Think about people who go shopping in Walmart vs Whole Foods. They have a completely different target market.
Learning ATTRACTION MARKETING is one of the most valuable skills you can have if you are building online. Not only for network marketing, it can actually help any business.
Organic or paid?
You can do attraction marketing organically and you can do it through paid advertising too. And there has never been a better time to use all the social media channels and tools to market absolutely free. I do this every day in my business.
A big secret is A SHORT TERM VIDEO. Like reels, Tik-Tok, YouTube shorts. Now people want to consume fun, short content and don’t have attention or will to consume anything long.
You can get in front of thousands of people every day. You can create in batches, use 30 minutes and have content for the whole week.
Optimize your social media
We need to optimize our social media profile that is our virtual business card. It is the first impression when someone new lands on your page.
