When was the last time you Rank Advanced?
Maybe it’s been a while, and you may feel stuck. You also may fall under one of these categories:
- You just started and you NEVER hit a new rank
- Had some success but now your business is just not growing or
- You had been successful but now your business is going backwards

My story on Rank Advancing
I had what they call it “A Fast Success”. It took me 6 months to go from $0 to $1000 in monthly average income and getting to the 4th rank in my company. Back then I didn’t think much of it, but now when I see people cannot easily reach that, I see that it was significant. It took me two years in total to reach the next rank and start making a full time income.
Then “life happened” as it always does…. I hit a Pro 5 while I was on maternity leave with my daughter Grace. I thought soon I’ll be leaving my full time job and focus on my business, but then things started happening. First my husband got diagnosed with cancer. He was out of work for 6 months while treating it and healing. As you can imagine we needed all the incomes that we can get.
Next, the pandemic hit and I had to homeschool my son, watch my daughter and work my full time job at the same time. Anyway those were my excuses to why my business wasn’t growing. But in reality it was me and focusing on my priorities which I did not…
Now, the last few months I’ve been focusing on my goals, vision I have for my business and this year had started off amazing, We are having our turn around month with my new class of 2022 joining the team. We are looking to grow to the next level, grow to 6 figures and finally quit my job.

3 S’s
So here are the 3 S’s:
- S-trategy
- S-tory
- S-tate
I learned this from Tony Robbins at the event he had this week. And when I thought about it, this is exactly how I rank advanced every single time. There was a pattern and now I recognize that pattern and there will be nothing stopping me from achieving my next ranks.
Strategy
Most of us make this mistake… we are seeking a new strategy. What do we need to do and HOW. The truth is we cannot connect the dots going forward only going backwards (Steve Jobs). Because we didn’t change the other 2 S’s strategy alone will not get us there.
Story
What is the story running through our mind all day long? Do you say to yourself it is hard, impossible, you will never make it? Your story is filled with emotions and your emotions move body into action. Based on that, it can be in a positive or negative direction.
State
State is how you are, how you feel, your habits… everything about you. If you put yourself in a good state that will create a new story and story will lead into the right strategy.
So the trick is to use 3 S’s starting with STATE-STORY-STRATEGY. Your state needs to be like you are already living your dream, you have reached your goal. Always start there.
