More business builders?

How would it feel to have more “mini you’s” running around in your team? I’m sure it would feel amazing to have more leaders and action takers. This way you don’t have to push your team and try to motivate them all the time.

1. Who are we looking for

Number one thing to decide is WHO are we looking to attract? If we are looking for business builders they will have certain qualities, problems and aspirations other than what you are posting right now.

There is also a specific language they will use.

Take your time and write it all down. What type of characteristics will your ideal team member have. Think about their career, where would they hang out, what interests do they have.

The main reason WE ARE NOT attracting business builders is because we are not even in their radar. We are not using their language or talking about their interests.

3 categories of prospects

There are 3 categories of your prospects:

1. People who look up to you

2. On the same level

3. Who you look up to.

And more times than not, we are only talking to the ones who look up to us. Usually, people who need to make money the most or need your products badly are going to be the most skeptical.

Now imagine you attracting people who are more influential than you, they will be more open and are likely become your leaders. You don’t have to be successful yourself yet and still be able to help them. Because they are naturally born leaders and they will find the way.

So now you have the characteristics of your perfect business builder, you would want to create content that is speaking to them.

Think of a language you use. They are not going to be attracted to let’s say broke stay at home mom with no ambitions in life.

2. Your onboarding system

Is your onboarding system solid? It has to be a track for this new person to run on. This is super important. Having a great onboarding system will also boost your confidence because people can succeed just by following it.

Again, you don’t have to be holding their hand. You don’t have to be the one with all the knowledge and success. All you need is a system to plug them into.

If your leaders don’t have this system created, you will have to get educated and build it for your team.

3. Mindset

You have to have the right mindset. We bring about what we think about. If you think of yourself as someone who doesn’t attract leaders and business builders, then you won’t.

But if you are telling yourself that you are a super recruiter and you consistently attract new leaders, then you will do exactly that.

I suggest creating some powerful affirmations to repeat to yourself every day. We got to get rid of any “stinking thinking” and re-program our mind. Tell yourself that you are a strong recruiter who attracts in leaders to your team every day.
