How do you recruit to your network marketing business WITHOUT prospecting?
It sounds too good to be true, right? I pretty much thought the same and was very skeptical to the posts I was seeing where this was being said…. I was told, you have to prospect, at least in the beginning if you want to get ANYWHERE in your business, but I discovered that this is not true. In fact, you can grow your team without actively prospecting. Watch this video to learn how.

This “recruiting without prospecting” sounded silly to me UNTIL I took a closer look to my numbers. I was in the middle of one of my RECRUITING RUNS where I would talk to 1000 people in a short period of time. The idea is to get into a recruiting momentum….
That led to me messaging people till crazy hours in the morning and until my fingers would literally hurt. I was on a roll, talking, presenting and following up. That month I signed up 6 people to my team.
You may think that’s great right? But imagine, I talked to 1000. I got 6 out of a 1000. I heard no’s, I was ignored and even yelled at to never reach out to them again about my little business.
Then it didn’t feel so great…..
I burned out!
That’s when I got curious and wanted to see HOW these marketers are enrolling massive amount of people to their teams AND they are not prospecting.
That lead me to ATTRACTION MARKETING.
What is ATTRACTION MARKETING?
You may think it’s posting on social media. Well it is a little bit more complicated than that. There are 3 steps:
- ATTRACT- we attract people to us
- INFLUENCE- we provide value based content
- ENROLL- we enroll them to our team
Attract
In the beginning you will be doing lots of this actively and organically. Think of it as building your ideal network. In order to do this successfully, you have to be very clear to who your ideal audience is. Later on you can start doing sponsored posts or ads. But if you don’t want to spend any $ to attract your ideal prospect, we now have this free gift which is Reels and TikTok. I attract 2-5 leads daily from my short form videos, mainly Reels.
Influence
The next step is you providing valuable content to your target audience. The content will keep them engaged, help solve their problems, entertain them and empower them.
Enroll
Enrolling is the third step and it simply means that you will then offer to help them further. Typically they will first raise their hand asking you for help. This will most likely be in response to your post or a video. These conversations go smoothly, you are like a consultant and not a sales person to them. You are not targeting or pitching them. It is more natural and transparent.
