Leverage is a word that best describes this powerful Network Marketing Prospecting Tool. It’s attracting your already interested prospects to you so you don’t have to bother your friends and family or strangers by sending cheesy copy/paste messages.
Let’s dive in!
Old School Network Marketing
In Old School Network Marketing you are pretty much:
- Making a list of 100
- Reaching out to all of your friends and family
- Then sending copy/paste scripted messages to strangers
- and keeping in touch by following up forever…
It is a very time consuming strategy. I’m not saying it does not work, it does, but one has to be ok to put in a lot of time and be ok with constant rejection as long as some people say: “yes”.
There are marketers who perfected this complex strategy, it works for them ad they have no problem doing it.
Modern Marketing
More modern strategy is building online and fully utilizing social media.
My friend Julie Burke recruited 8300 people to her team over the 2 years period all while being home with her 2 sons. Still the way she was building on social media was a bit time consuming.
Then when she was introduced to Attraction Marketing, she learned how to early disqualify people who are not the right fit for her. And how to attract highly qualified prospects and only get into conversations with highly qualified people who would later join her team.

You are probably wondering by now what is this number 1 Prospecting Tool. It is FACEBOOK ADVERTISING.
If you are thinking now you have to spend money… before you say no, know that you can start on a very conservative budget like $5 per day and get amazing results.
The ads you’d be doing are not a sales pitch, they are leading with VALUE. This will get your message in front of the right people.
There are 2 types of ads I recommend when starting out.
You can start with these ads even when brand new to online marketing without having fancy websites and email autoresponders and other “techie” things. These ads are very simple.
They are:
- Engagement Ads
- Messaging Ads
Engagement ad
It is you putting a little bit of money on a post or live video that did well with engagement so it can reach larger audience. It’s important to add a call to action for people to comment “more info”. Soon your posts will be flooded with prospects who are already interested in what you have wanting to learn more.
Once you get your first few comments in, people will continue commenting “more info” and you will start getting fresh new leads to talk to every single day. Again this can be done with a very conservative budget of only $5 per day.
Messaging ad
This type of ad has a call to action to have people reach out and have a conversation with you. You can either have conversations via messenger or a What’s up app. There will be a button for them to click which leads them directly to your inbox.
This ad targets people who are likely to have phone or video conversation with you.
When doing both of these ads, you’ll have a full pipeline of leads in your inbox and comment section to talk to about your business every single day.
So Facebook Advertising is a powerful Prospecting Tool that your upline probably can’t teach you.
