More than 90% of network marketers don’t know how to “market” properly and that’s because it is not being taught. You were probably told to make a list and start with A letter in your contacts. Also to post about your products and opportunity every day.

Nobody comes to social media with a credit card in their hand, ready to buy. That just doesn’t happen. So marketing your product and opportunity will attract tiny amount of people and repel more than 95% of people. For sure there are some that will NEVER buy, but a large majority just wants to be educated and when the time is right they will join you or buy from you.

How do you do this?

I’ve been trying to figure this out for a long time, invested in coaches and courses, but for me it took a long time for all of it to click, to have that aha moment. I had it just recently….

So here it is: you got to build a right audience that are a perfect fit and are already looking for you.

Have you heard of a term avatar? It means talking to that one person that is your ideal prospect. I always had a hard time nailing that and my content was very random. Wasn’t speaking to the right audience all the time so they were getting confused messages.

Good news is: you don’t need avatar, what you need is your TARGET MARKET. And here is where I’m going to help you define it. If you haven’t yet, consider joining my private Facebook group Mom Turned CEO. In there I have a guide that will take you step by step to create this for you.

The secret is DEFINING YOUR TARGET MARKET

Don’t worry my free guide will show you how to do this. Make sure you grab it inside the Facebook group. You got to be very specific to who that is. Think about who your product/ opportunity serves. Now this can’t be EVERYONE. For example health and wellness is a big term.

We laughed so much when Eric Worre was training on this few years ago. He gave an example of “Goat Yoga”. First it’s health and wellness- fitness-yoga-goat yoga. So what if your brand talks about everything around “goat yoga”.

Think about who you want to serve then the exercise you’ll do will help you create content around it forever. Did you know when Jeff Bezos started Amazon in his garage they were only selling books. And after Amazon is what it is today he can broaden his target market.

Are you noticing more crickets on your posts lately?

The reality is that it is not the matter of algorithm, it is actually the target market that doesn’t resonate with your message. Do you know how when you think of something then search it, all you’ll see on your timeline is the promo for that thing. This was another aha moment for me too.

Thankfully I know now how to beat this and grow.
